Hello, High cholesterol along with raised SGOT/SGPT suggests your liver is under stress, and regular alcohol use can worsen it. The first step is to stop alcohol completely, follow a liver-friendly diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat foods), and get repeat liver and lipid tests. Consult a doctor for proper evaluation and guidance, as persistent liver enzyme elevation needs medical attention.
