LDL: 60 to 130 mg/dL ,
HDL: greater than 40 mg/dL ,
Total cholesterol: less than 200 mg/dL ,
Triglycerides: 10 to 150 mg/dL ,
VLDL: 2 to 38 mg/dL ....avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...
