Cholesterol and ggt

Hello, I have given for blood test. In that i got hdl is 32, ldl is 105, triglycerides is 270, tc/hdl is 5.7, vldl is 53.92. GGT is 76.3. Near clinic doctor gave me atova 10mg for 30days. Please suggest.
