Chicken pox scar

2 weeks ago I was suffering from chicken pox and it is recovered now. But one of  scar on my back is still present . I accidentally pick the scabs. And then it looks like a whole. I attached a pic of it . What should I do??

No need to worry .. just apply normal antibiotic ointments and once healed.. apply coconut oil or calamine lotion and massage the area 4 to 5 times a day.. for atleast 1 to 5 mins each time .. the scar will fade away in 3 months or so
