Calcified lesions are usually because of old healed tuberculosis for which nothing need to be done. I would help you better if you post the photo of chest X-ray .

Since fibrotic scar with  calcification seen. Other investigation also needs to be done to rule out TB / Cancer or other disease. Would be better in case you connect to Physician.
