Chest tightness, dry cough and tiredness

Three days starting experiencing chest tightness and dry cough in throat and restlessness visited doctor he said gastric issues not cold , he said if it continues I should go for cholesterol test please now am taking medication but because of chest tightness I feel so uncomfortable please what could be the issue can cholesterol cause this systoms too? Am worried please help thanks and God bless
