Chest right side pain and back pain

Hello doctors I am getting continuous pain in chest middle and mostly right side and which follows sometimes back pain as well. Ecg is normal. What could be the problem.will it be anxiety issue ? Please suggest me.

Yes ! Can be Related to Anxiety ( as the ECG ) is Normal , but in Anxiety it's more of a PAIN +/- Discomfort in Chest. Kindly Consider Chat Consultation On App
