I have been experiencing tiredness, stomach issues, temperature at night, slight nose blockage, cold, cough and while coughing my chest hurts due to congestion, headache at top of my head region once in 2-3 days. Could you tell me what is it and what medication I should have ?

It's totally normal as chest is congested n COUGH elevate the congestion so as pain. Tab augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for five to seven days. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days. MONTEK LC ONE at night for five days. Ab phyllin sr 200 two times a day after food for three to five days. AMBRODIL S 5 ml twice n 10ml at night for five days. Plenty of water n liquid luck warm in nature. Light diet.
