Stress is a big factor to cause physical and psychological symptoms, sadly some times the physical aren't actual, but since it is probably the first time you're experiencing physical symptoms go to your GP and get it checked and ruled out. Knowing that it has nothing to do with your heart or otherwise will ease your stress. Find a good therapist, focus on your mental health and they will be able to help with ways to deal with anxiety, stress and etc
Next Steps
GP visit - rule out physical issues find a therapist - start counselling sessions
Health Tips
do not keep thinking and stay without getting assistance, it will knly aggravate the feeling

It's not uncommon to experience chest discomfort when you're dealing with stress. First, it's essential to consider seeking medical advice to rule out any underlying health issues. Once you've done that, managing stress is key. You can try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. Talking to a therapist or counselor can also be really beneficial in addressing the root causes of your stress and finding ways to cope with it effectively.
