Chest pain

I'm having squeezing like pain in the middle of the chest below ribs. It's there for 5 or 10mins getting relieved after taking diegene. During that pain it's getting difficult to breath, no other symptoms like walking difficulty. Sweating and weakness. Ecg is normal.. how to rule out whether it's because of gastritis or heart issues. Getting that pain even in early morning. Please advise

It may be because of gastric acidity or gastro esophageal reflux disease, you can rule out by doing Upper GI endoscopy after consultation with a Gastroenterologist, will also do H-Pylori infection test. If you have to completely rule out heart issues can do echocardiography and tredmill test after Cardiology consultation later which is only optional.
Health Tips
Drink enough water and take food in time, don't skip or delay meals, don't lie down immediately after eating, and avoid late night meals.
