Pl share details of your symptoms,  for better understanding and diagnosis of your problem. Get Ecg and cardiac echo done and share results. For pain take syp mucaine gel 5ml every 8hours for 5 days. Tab paracetamol 500mg one , when scapula pain occurs. Avoid fatty, spicy food,  alcohol. Take frequent small meals.
