2 months back I have done ecg,2d echo and chest xray done everything is normal..but still I have some chest pain and sometimes pain below the left chest and sometimes in right chest...what could be the cause

Probably gastritis related. Can take antacids for a week along with dietary measures like avoid spicy and fried food. Take good amount of fibre and drink plent of fluids.
