Post covid..I started feeling chest heaviness and that mostly occurs by evening...have gastric problem as well...apart from heaviness I am not experiencing any pain or breathing problem..my gastroenterologist suggested to do breathing exercise and meditation.. though when I feel heaviness I take Ulgel A...which I have taken almost one and half months... please advise on chest heaviness.

Not only medication,you have to follow diet restrictions also in gastritis..Avoid spicy oily n sour items .Better evaluation take a consultation with Pulmonologist

Chest heaviness will not be caused by gastric problems. Pl what is the ct value, at the time of covid.any Co morbid conditions. Any h/o allergy. Any h/o smoking.pl continue the treatment for gastric issue. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
