I have diabetes from last 12 years though after taking medicines its not control I want to get proper checkup done so that I can change my medicines.which tests I need to get done before visiting you?

12 yr old diabetic ,mam you need to get hbaic that tells about sugar in last 3 months,and blood sugar 6 times a day by finger prick method before every meal and 2 hrs after meal :this has to be done while taking your regular medicines.this tells about your variation of sugar throught the day.then LFT/KFT/LIPID PROFILE/URINE ALBUMINCREATININE RATION/URINE ROUTINE.
Next Steps
i have written all sugar related tests further after seeing the patient i might decide if any thing else needs to be checked.
