The ceramic crown given to u can be removed and there are various techniques to do it,out of which only few can preserve the crown and most importantly the underlying natural tooth as in some techniques there can be trauma to natural tooth. Now coming to the alignment part ,that largely depends upon the kind of tooth preparation done on your natural tooth to receive a crown. Very rarely one will find flaws in cementation of the crown so there are feeble chances that the same can be reused.
