I have problem of allergy itching and chronic urticaria . Could you please suggest which is more safe for long term use cetrizine or levocetrizine . Like which i can take for long years. Please help doctor always prescibes me antihistamines

Recurrent urticaria and itching is some time external marker of internal disease Betty go for investigation to come to conclusion to know the cause . As for safety concern both new generation anti histamine are safe for prolong use . But my opinion get investigated
