Cervix length decrease in pregnancy

Dear Doctors, My cervix length decreased from 4.0cm in 13 weeks to 3.2 cm in 17 weeks. While still it indicates as normal in the report, does this decrease quite concerning ? Please provide your advice. My doctor just saw the current cervix length and was fine with it. I missed updating about this decrease and she is on leave now.
