Cervical spondylosis

Hello doc. I am 31 years old. I m recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. Wanted to know whether it will affect my conceiving process. I am diabetic and have thyroid also. Is CS life threatening ?? Can I have a normal healthy life with it?? Will homeopathy help me with CS??

At your age group yes there will be mild to moderate cervical spondylosis. Follow your doctor's advice. This should not affect your pregnancy in any way until and unless you have a general anaesthesia for any surgical procedure bcoz the anaesthetist will put a tube in your trachea the windpipe which is near to cervical spine. No CS is no way life threatening and can only affect you with pain and some mobility. Don't know about homeopathy helpful to CS

Hello, cervical spondylosis is natural degeneration of spine. It will not affect your pregnancy. It is not life threatening.yes you will definately have a normal life. The only thing u need to avoid is neck rotation excercise.
Next Steps
Only excercise is ISOMETRIC NECK EXCERCISE.

Avoid jerky neck movements. And consult regularly for your diabetes and thyroid to the concerned specialist
