I have suffering from neck pain for last 4 years...i have done mri scan for cervical spine and got some problem which are written on mri report: 1)Straightening of cervical spine is noted 2)Scoliosis with convexity towards left side 3)Partially blocked D1 & D2 vertebral body with loss of interveterbral disc space in between them anteriorly.

Considering your age this seems to be because of improper postural or any jerk in cervical region, You can apply oil like Balaguduchyadi with mild fomentation.also single nasal drops of bala tail will be useful
