Cervical spine fractures
Met with accident yesterday. Head injury led to 6 stitches being done. Neck and hand were immovable however sensation was there. Admitted in hospital,on traction. But resources are limited due to being an undeveloped town.
CT Scan impression: Multiple fractures involving bilateral pedicles of vertebra with facet joints dislocation,right pedicle and left lamina of C3 vertebra,bilateral lamina of C4 vertebra.
Sensation is there in all parts of body. Please urgently advise.
