Hi, main treatment is physio IFT first then neck muscle strengthening exercises. Consult orthopaedic doctor to make sure shoulder is fine. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury

Hello Mr. Naresh, firstly start with hot fomentation of neck and shoulders with Ultrasonic therapy and mobilisation exercises to relax neck and shoulder muscles.
Next Steps
do some neck strengthening as well as shoulder girdle strengthening exercises regularly.
Health Tips
do chin tucking exercises while sitting in front of computer. take frequent breaks between work to stretch your neck and arms.adjust your table so as you need not bend your neck and protrude your neck forwards. while working your arms should be rested on arm rest or table. these ergonomic changes will certainly help.
