Having cervical pain in neck and head for last 2 days. I had similar problem a year back, when I had taken rest and medication for 10 days. This time I took painkillers yesterday, so pain subsided , but again from today afternoon I have same severe headache.

Hello there Please get x ray of your cervical spine done in AP and Lat position....this could remove any doubt if spondylysis is there or its just a muscle spasm. Do you get any pain and tingling sensation in your arms,hands? Get back with proper symptoms for proper analysis and treatment. Regards
