I have right side cervical lymph node.. it is there from last 2.5 years .. Size is almost same.. as I haven't seen any drastic change. I don't have any fever , cough , night sweats. Please let me know what this may be . I am fearing the worst. Hope the attached image is clear.. Thanks in advance.
