Hello Doctor, I'm 5months Pregrant, At 20weeks did anamoly scan ,everything seems normal. My cervix length is 2.9, is it normal or will it shorten further in future months.?? My frist delivery was a preterm, baby was born at 32 weeks,. Remedies n precautions to follow.???

More than 2.5 is normal Rest Avoid travelling  intercourse n pelvic jerk Repeat transvaginal scan after ten days to check the length
