I have severe cervical instability. My cervical curve is slightly S shaped were C1 to C4 is in reverse and C4 to C7 is normal shape. I have dizziness, tintinnus ringing in my left ear, palpitations. I was looking into prolotherphy as an option to get my neck curve restored by correcting the ligaments. Is prolotheraphy treatment available in India. Can prolotheraphy really help in long term ? Kindly help. Thanks
