Cervical disc bulge

Cervical MRI of spine report says : 1. Diffuse hard disc bulge at C3-4 level without root compression. 2. Mild posterior disc bulge at C4-5 and C5-6 levels without root compression. Symptoms : Pain in the palms , elbow and sometimes in pinky and ring fingers for both hands . Pain is more when hands are not straight. NCV and EMG tests are normal. No noticeable symptoms in neck as such. During the MRI disc bulge was also seen in lumbar region . Reports say : 1. Diffuse disc bulge and mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L3-4 level abutting left L3 exiting nerve root. 2. Diffuse disc bulge with bilateral foraminal encroachment, facetal arthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L4-5 level compressing left LS traversing nerve root and abutting right L4 exiting nerve root. Symptom: lower back gets heavy when in bent position. But main problem is pain in hand . Any opinion ?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for   neck and shoulders. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel Dr NC Gupta.)   & see  me and my yoga; & yoga simplified. --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
