Hello doctor I have cavity problem from childhood .My third molar teeth half broken from root due cavity and more molar teeth has cavity .what should I do .plz suggest .is it serious

Hello , ya it's serious bcoz on the age of 30 if u loose ur teeth . But it's good that the broken tooth is 3rd molar .
Next Steps
extraction of 3rd molar , RCT/ restoration of the rest cavity .

Do warm saline rinses  twice  daily . make it as a habits

Minimal cavities can be filled or Root canal treatment can be done Root stumps has to be removed You may Practo consult me and post photos for further information

U should visit dentist ..... get your teeth filled or the cavities will rotten your teeth further and last molar should b removed

Please get the full mouth X-ray done, since you are mentioning lot of teeth have cavities and some are broken. This will make diagnosis easier and accordingly treatment will be given.
