Sir I have cavity in molar teeth 80 % of my one molar tooth loss from cavity where cavity occurred it is redness and swellon

Hello Your tooth is grossly decayed and gingival or pulp polyp has developed there.you need to visit the dentist for the xray and treatment according to it.Either root canal treatment or removal according to the severity of the decay . Regards Dr.Bhawana Singh
