Its better to check it out and get the caries checked. This is the best stage for that.

Hello It’s better if you can go to the dentist for a dental filling before even the sensitivity starts

Hello ..even if there is no pain or sensitivity now, decay can still progress deeper into tooth and eventually causes pain, infection,or damage to nearby teeth. Partially erupted teeth are prone to cavities because they're harder to clean.many times they are eventually removed, but decision depends on X-ray and your dentist's evaluation.

Hello ma'am, even if there is no sensitivity in the concerned tooth, the cavity(decay) will progress deeper with time and eventually result in sensitivity or pain.
Next Steps
The best option is to visit the nearest dental professional and get your condition examined and evaluated.

Wisdom teeth which are partially erupted ,rarely would fully erupt in the mouth. If visible signs of decay ,advised to get it checked. Usually they have to be removed but if there is no pain/sensitivity at the moment ,there is no urgent indication to get it removed It can be monitored ,but best to get a clinical and radiographic examination to know the clear picture.

Hello The cavity will grow inside deeper as time passes , so it is better to get it treated so that you won't face any issues later on

You should visit your dentist at earliest and get it filled , before it progresses. Get a xray, and restoration done at earliest.

Go for temporary restoration with calcium as base.. if there is no pain after a month u can do permanent restoration.. but if the tooth is visible & no food lodgement issue at surroundings..
Next Steps
visit dentist before the cavity infect pulp & cause infection below the root
Health Tips
don't wait till it aggravates.. then extraction will be only option

Theres no other option for 3rd molar except for extraction. Few dentist can do filling even in 3rd molar provided your tooth is not tilted on second molar .if it's tilted on second molar then even after filling it vl cause pain and pressure in future . So better get it checked and consult what's best for you

If its a wisdom tooth , please get it extracted , thats going to be the ultimate plan for it . Delay in the procedure usually makes it more complicated.
