There is a Boil upon the gums in my daughters mouth...please suggest me is it normal or I need to took her to the dentist

HELLO MAM... Boil in the gums may be due to infected tooth which spreads periapically and cause gum boil or due to unerupted tooth... x-ray of that involved tooth region should be done to rule out the cause...
