Sir ,
I have cataract in both eyes , doctor suggest me to undergo operation ,but my blood sugar level is ( fasting 167 and PP 245 ) HB1C is 5-6%.
Urine R ,N is normal ( test done on dated 7/2/17) .
Should I go for surgery .kindly tell me or if any suggestion for my better.
Thanking you
Your blood sugar is not at alarming level but slightly increased, but your HbA1c is within normal range which indicate average of 3 months, you consult endocrinologist ,he will control within 2- 3 days at normal level & you can safely go for cataract surgery absolutely at no risk, with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.
