Developmental cataract needs surgery c distant vision blurred normal near vision doctor has advised surgery and also glasses by he is quite sure dat after wearing glasses still I will have blurred distant vision

Developmental cataracts are different from normal age related cataracts ..the vision recovery depends on certain factor like age at which it started.. There are options in terms of various lenses availaible nowdays . But specific advise can be given only after consultation.

If your vision is being affected by cataract, then surgery is required. You may need glasses after surgery also

Most of time after sx full recovery of vision doesn't occur.developmental cataract occur in  young age n development of vision also occur in this age. Because of cataract vision not develop properly. So that after recovery is not 100%

Since you near vision is good, there is good chance of recovery of vision after surgery, as vision development seems to be good. But some refractive error can be there which might need glasses in certain cases
