Hello, My Uncle, a known case of CA prostate. Bone scan shows multiple mets in ribs, spine, hip and femur. No Chemotherapy, PSMA PET show uptake at mets site. What is line of treatment.
How is the general condition, are bony Mets symptomatic, if yes can go for palliative radiation, oral chemo,medical or surgical orchidectomy, biphosphonate therapy.
