Ligaments intact. 2.Tricompartmental irregularities are noted, with a 6mm grade 3 chondral defect at the central weight-bearing aspect of the medial femoral condyle and a focal grade 4 full thickness chondral irregularity at the median ridge of the patella at the level of the patellar equator. 3.Posteromedial bursitis is present, with a dissecting, moderate sized Baker's cyst extending proximally as well as separated fluid posterior to the adductor magnus tendon.
Hi this looks quite severe injury.. It's cartilage loss in weight bearing area... U need ARTHOSCOPic intervention at earliest for better functional outcome of knee... Tnx
