I am not able to sleep fast when i lay in bed it takes me around 1-2 hours to sleep in don't know why this is happening and yesterday i slept at 1 but i couldn't sleep till 5 am and this happens mostly but after sleeping i sleep well i just cant get into sleep easily im really annoyed by this i even took a pill yesterday to sleep im 16 yr old male. any solutions?

Practice sleep hygiene.. Get proper knowledge about it
Decrease screen time.. Don't take ur phone to bed..
Don't try any Unprescribed medications it will do more harm thn good...
