Kenacort gel and dologel CT ( to be applied over the affected area 3-4 times a day) Avoid eating anything spicy, avoid stress,avoid bad habits if I have any Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits and drink plenty of water.

Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area few times a day especially before food. Cool and soft food recommended. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to once a day

Is d patient febrile? If yes, a paracetamol 6th to 8th hourly 500mg and lots of water to drink n a becosules tab one a day will do. Ulcers cud smtyms follow aftr fever/ an illness/ antibiotics/ simply stress related due to exams too
