Can u share the PET Scan before starting Chemo? Has any surgery been done before? From what I can gather here is that there is an osteosarcoma with lung mets and 2 cycles of chemotherapy have been completed. There is disease progression compared to the reports done in June.

Continue chemo. Finish 2 more cycles and reassess.
