Cancer may be detected in early stages by screening in certain cancers like in elder people >45 yrs PSA levels or B/L mammogram with USG abdomen Pap smears and Fecal Occult Blood testing.Doctor visit is advised in case of symptoms.general symptoms of cancer include Weakness,>10% weight loss in 6months etc.the tests are ot painful
