She moved her hand after a while, followed by heavy breathing. Is she crying?How do we be with her? Shall we talk or not? 3 days back she was shouting (i assume in pain). But till now that has not occured
Seems like she is in a critical situation..
If possible get her under medical supervision to alleviate pain ..treat any acute correctable causes like infection electrolyte disturbance
