Grandma detected with stage 4 gallbladder cancer 2 months back. Current situation- not talking, bedridden, fluids via drips. When i talked today. She moved her hand after a while, followed by heavy breathing. Is she crying?How do we be with her? Shall we talk or not? 3 days back she was shouting (i assume in pain). But till now that has not occured
