Now after it was removed on April 12th, I started moving my knee, but after bending 30° it feels like bones are locked I cannot progress after that. What should I do?

It is not uncommon for the knee joint to feel stiff and restricted after being immobilized for an extended period. However, in your case, since you are experiencing difficulty in bending your knee beyond 30 degrees, it is important to get a medical evaluation by an orthopedic specialist. They may recommend some exercises to improve your knee mobility, or they may suggest further diagnostic tests, such as an MRI, to evaluate the extent of the fracture and to rule out any other associated injuries. In the meantime, you can apply ice to the knee and do gentle knee range of motion exercises to reduce stiffness and improve knee flexibility.

Any joint is bound to get stiff after an injury and after application of a cast for the same. The feeling that you get after bending 30°is stiffness. You wil get better with properly guided physiotherapy exercises under the guidance of an orthopedic surgeon. The Knee bending will improve gradually.
