With any exposure associated with blood, a tetanus shot is a must. And yes, if it is a significant wound, then antibiotic cover can be given based on the nature of injury.
But as far as rabies is concerned, the virus lives inside the secretions of the infected animal.
So it spreading via other fomites is very very unlikely.
So please don't worry.
