Long walk like of 2.5-3 kms can trigger vertigo all of sudden to a person who was previously diagnosed with bppv?

Yes it can. For bppv all you need to do is practice an exercise and it can be treated permanently. If you need to turn while you are walking, turn slowly and carefully because turning can sometimes make vertigo feel worse. You can also drag your hands along the wall while you walk to give yourself another touch point in order to “triangulate” your balance.

consult an ENT specialist in vertigo
