Can I try to conceive normal this cycle

Last month I had ovulation induction which had two follicles ruptured, however it went unsuccessful. I went to Day 2 scan and found unruptured follicle 17x11mm and doctor suggested to take contraceptives. However, I have went to Day 5 scan again which showed follicle 26x18mm in right ovary and 13x13mm in left ovary. On Day 6 today, can I stop contraceptives and try to conceive normally this cycle? Please guide me.
