It will not cause any issues, both are super healthy. But if you have basic digestion issues then you will have to give small gap. Because fruit+protein +seeds ( are great combination of protein , vitamins and healthy fats) Makes complete meal sometimes wn you really late on u r lunch time / meal time

Hi Actually it won't cause any harm. But since fruits get digested fast, so better to have them separately. Anyway if you want to eat in the same meal, have apple first and then egg.

Some of the other foods to avoid with eggs are – fruits (specially melons), cheese, milk and its products, and beans.

Hi there!! Don't mix up together since apple fruit comes with pectin and egg whites are dense proteins when it comes to bio availability keep gap of 20 mins when including both together else it may hinder may cause either constipation, gastric issues  or loss motions too. Hope this helps

If you exercising person.. its better to eat apple half an hour before workout. It is lighter on stomach. 1 medium  apple provides around 40 kcal and 12.5 kards. As it stay in the body longer time because of its fiber..slow  release of energy during exercise. Post workout egg will get absorbed and utilize better in the body . Together it may or may not cause problem. It depends on your digestion. Nothing major to my opinion
