If you can't invest time for yourself at this young age what can be done. Don't  say that and i would never advise you  to unnecessarily purchase these equipment. Just for 10 days go and take your sessions.  Learn exercises and  follow  them. Its  the attitude which you need to change for your health.
Next Steps
Take regular sessions from your physiotherapist so that you are relieved from pain on long term basis.
Health Tips
Do hot fomentation at home .

If you have the knowledge of how to use these machine, placing the pads on muscles, timing, intensity and place of muscles and bones, you can purchase it. Without these knowledge if you buy and use it by yourself, it will harm your muscles and will give you another major troubles. Using these machines required practice.

In my opinion, yes off course you can purchase these machines for pain relief .But first get yourself assessed by a good physiotherapist as it’s too early in your age to have persistent pain even after doing exercises. And if required your therapist can guide you how to apply these machines bcoz even if you buy them and you don’t know the exact place of application it can be more harmful to you instead of relieving your pain. Thanks, take care

People with chronic pain do use TENS machines. Don't know much about these brands. So hard to suggest a choice. With the exercise program please continue them long term and as things improve get into walking also.
