I have only cylindrical power -1.75 in both eyes i am using power glasses only while reading, writing, using cell phone, laptop or watching TV only. can i avoid using power glasses in normal life.

Sir since its a cylindrical power , you have to wear spectacles through out the day Otherwise u might hv experience headache, ocular discomfort My advice is to wear ur prescribed glass for both distant vision as well as near vision
