Can cracked teeth give burning sensation to ear.? I am sure that is my molar teeth sharp pain is giving burning sensation to my ear ..it's ground teeth , enamel wear off..when ever I closed and cover teeth my finger ..my burning sensation less..but in x-ray cracked is not showing..

Can u share ur x- Ray . At times i.t is not visible on  X ray but it persists .  Also whether it is RCT treated or not ?? If no then u may require Rct .

Yes. It can radiate to the ear. Ground? Why wasn't the crown placed? Enamel wearing causes exposure of dentinal tubules that causes hypersensitivity. Kindly get it treated instead of delaying it further
