Rest as per question if the doctor is Mds he can definitely do biopsy the procedure will vary depending on the Mds doctor .

No need to do biopsy it's just cheek bite. Round off the sharp edges of teeth on the affected area and if it will still persists again and again then remove the third molar of the affected site. Take antibiotics coverage for 3 days.
