Hello ! The image shows this is just a traumatic bite due to your teeth no need to worry this is normal . You can do Saline gargles , if it is painful and if it forms an ulcer use Heximetro gel 3-4 times a day for some days so that it improves . Rest as per question if the doctor is Mds he can definitely do biopsy the procedure will vary depending on the Mds doctor .
Next Steps
There is no need for biopsy still if you want to do it , I would suggest going with proper Mds doctor .
Health Tips
Firstly , Visit a good dentist and get it checked before you do biopsy

No need to do biopsy it's just cheek bite. Round off the sharp edges of teeth on the affected area and if it will still persists again and again then remove the third molar of the affected site. Take antibiotics coverage for 3 days.
Next Steps
visit nearest dental clinic for further assistance.
Health Tips
do warm saline rinses

Hello Doesn't look like it needs biopsy. You can get it removed from an oral surgeon if you want to get it done
