I was bulking and i gained 4 kgs but, not working out for a month made me lose my gains and now i am not feeling hungry and getting gaseous and bloated. I want to gain weight but can't do it. My height is 169cm and my weight is 64kgs. I am 22 years old. My bmi is fine but in terms of bodybuilding i want to gain more. How many calories should i consume. Please 🙏 guide.

Its not so much about how many calories as it is about where you are getting the calories from.for body building you must include more protein in your diet.however stay away from protein shakes
