Hello sir Age 30 unmarried weight 63 may I know when and how to take attached tablet calplus d3 60k softgel capsule In a week 1 tablet is enough or twice in a week before food or after food. I got this tablets on promotion camp pls advice can I take or can I give to parents they having diabetis and bp can they take this pls advice all answers thankyou

Hello U can take it with milk in the noon time n ur parents too but if u r having bone problems then u have to take it weekly for 3 months otherwise we get enough vit D through sunlight😊
